Terms and Conditions

Order
Sales occur mainly on our website wwww.pinkinside.ch. In addition, it is also possible to visit our PopUp shop, located at 24th Neumarkt in Zurich in order to discover the new collection. Customers receive all related information via our Newsletter. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail. 

Delivery
Switzerland / Fürstentum Liechtenstein: Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. We use services of the Swiss Post, A-priority mail. CHF 15.-- is charged for packing and dispatching (Prio PostPack CH) (included in the sale price). In case of cash-on-delivery, the Swiss Post charges an extra CHF 15.--;

The rest of the world: we charge 30 CHF for packing and dispatching. 

Currently we ship to addresses located in Switzerland or Fürstentum Liechtenstein. The first return is free of charge for the customer (this is only possible for articles not in sale or not already discounted). NO RETURNS POSSIBLE FROM OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND! For more information, see « Returns » below. Reduced items (SALE) will be sent by B-priority.

The rest of the world: we ship our products anywhere in the world. Since this is not automated yet please don't hesitate to contact us. ballerinas@pinkinside.ch

Price
The price of our articles will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT (currently 8%).

Payments
We accept the following means of payment:

PayPal (common credit cards)
Cash on Delivery (Switzerland only)

Returns and refund policy 

The customer must return the articles to us within one week. The articles will be accepted only if they are returned to us in their original packing and with no sign of use. The return is free of charge for the customer once.  All further dispatching costs (new dispatch and return) will be billed.

Within Switzerland: To return the articles, the customer should simply stick the pre-addressed return letter on the package and drop it at the nearest post office. We will thoroughly verify all articles and will refund the corresponding amount, as soon as we have the proof of the original payment. The customer keeps the post receipt. The free of charge return is only possible for articles that were not in sale or not already discounted.

Any article "SALE" will not be refunded in cash but as a pink inside voucher.

Outside Switzerland: Since reimport costs are too high, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS at the moment. We are currently working on an automated delivery process for Europe and the rest of the world to also allow returns.

Complaints
The customer must send a written complaint (by e-mail or A-priority mail) within 5 days after delivery. 

Warranty
In so far as our products are considered as consumer goods, we can grant no warranty.

Law and Jurisdiction
The purchase of articles is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Zurich, Switzerland.
